  Summary: Bubbleicious
Review: Received "Trouble" as a gift, loved it, got "Unbound" from library - liked it even more. I'm so sorry there aren't 5 more titles ahead of me. I don't fall down in hysterics over these adventures but my heart sure smiles hard with these good people. The books are so charming, cleverly imaginative - chock full of unanticipated mile a minute turns. And very well crafted. I don't know how anybody could rate these less than 5 respectful stars. Sarah - thanks for the pleasure. (and get to your typewriter!)

  Summary: Strohmeyer Bests Evanovich!
Review: The idea of Bubbles Yablonsky visiting the Amish country in disguise is enough of a device to sustain this funny novel. When Bubble's friend does not show up for her wedding, and then her friend's uncle is found dead, Bubbles takes off to save the day. Hunk Stilleto is everpresent, for he has found he cannot live without Bubbles, especially this newer innocent version in Amish garb. Maybe because I was raised in this party of the country, and addicted to shoofly pie (a murder weapon in this case), I found this novel irresistible. Bubbles gets her story and her guy this time out, and the reader gets a real fun read.

Summary: This took a wrong turn somewhere
Review: This book started off good, but then got stuck in the mire somewhere in the middle. The plot really made no sense what-so-ever. The last hundred pages were extremely hard to get through. And the characters actions did seem to be true to form. The ending just had me shrugging my shoulders. I agree with another reviewer--pick it at the library if you're curious.

  Summary: In Trouble for sure...
Review: This book wasn't horrible, but it certainly wasn't good either. The characters were like cartoon characters. I assume the author thinks it is cute to have their names be so appropriate -stupid character named nimrod, etc., but I found it annoying. Somewhere toward the end I was just speed reading to get through it. Then the end seemed convenient (as if a last minute change) and "nimrodish". Strohmeyer isn't a bad writer, but she needs to work a little harder to build engaging real characters and a realistic intriguing plot. Don't buy this book - check it out from the library.

Summary: Bubbles keeps getting better and better....
Review: What a great book! Others have compared it to Evanovich's Plum series, but while they have similar themes and yes characters, I find that Storhmeyer's Bubbles is much more fresh and funny. I have gotten tired of the never ending Stephanie/Morelli/Ranger love triangle and am really liking the Bubbles/Stilleto pairing. Bubbles in Trouble was outrageously funny from the opening pages (her dream with Stilleto) and never let up with the laughs and surprises (Shoofly pie). I can't wait for the next installment.

  Summary: Pretty good.
Review: While this book was entertaining and fun, I didn't like it as much as Bubbles Unbound. It was still definately worth the read. Bubbles is great - especially when bathing a cow!
