Summary: The Title Says It All!!!!
Review: Ms. Bach has delivered another page turning read with her latest effort "Pure Dynamite". This was a fast-paced read with plenty of suspense to keep you guessing as to who the bad guy really is, chemistry between our two main characters and enough twists and turns to keep you wondering whether Adam and Renata will have that happily-everafter they both deserve.

Renata is a hard working doctor that works for an urgent care clinic. She is working late one stormy night when a breath- taking stanger knocks on the door claiming to know her. Her stanger is not what he appears, and after sharing one steamy kiss she finds herself held hostage literally by her mystery man. Renata's well ordered life is about to take a turn towards danger and she will have to put her trust in a man she can't help be attracted too, but at the same time is terrified of, that is until he proves that he is not exactly what he seems.

Adam has just escaped from jail and he has the company of a loud-mouth punk, named Lyle who has not only managed to get himself shot, but has managed to take a cop down with him. What started out as a simple break out has now led to a shooting and the kidnapping of a beautiful lady doctor. He kissed her to get her cell phone and beeper, but what starts off as a simple kiss disarms him in more ways then one. Now he has to take the lovely and fiesty doctor on the road with him. She has to keep Lyle alive or else. He can't help but begin feeling things for her, and their close quarters don't lessen that draw. He has to keep his act together no matter how bad he wants to let down his guard and make Renata his. Will he be able to keep her safe until its time to tell her the truth about himself, or will matters be taken out of his hands by an evil man that will risk anything to remain free?

I'm a huge fan of Ms. Bach and I highly recommend her reads as a very entertaining way to pass the time. Her characters jump off the pages and the chemistry between Renata and Adam is hot. Not because they are constantly jumping into bed together, but instead because of the fact that they aren't. If this is the first time you've ever read Ms. Bach I can guarantee it won't be the last. On the other hand if you've already read her previous titles as I have, you will be anxiously waiting for her to get another one ready for publication!

Summary: A great read...
Review: Patiently awaiting another book by Lauren Bach, I wasn't dissapointed with Pure Dynamite. This book will pull you in from the first page and hold you capitaved throughout the last.

Special Agent Adam Duval was only supposed to go undercover in prison for two weeks, at the most. After three months, Adam knew it was time to get out. The only problem was his cellmate had to come with him. Lyle McEdwin is the youngest son of Willy McEdwin who, along with his three sons, are on the FBI's Top 10 Most Wanted list. After a blowout on his last mission, Adam was willing to do anything to get out of "desk duty", even if it meant going to prison.

It all seemed to be going well until an off-duty police officer recognized them. In the shootout that followed, Lyle was shot, which meant that his "in" to the McEdwin family could be dying. Since taking him to the hospital was out of the question, Adam took him to a clinic where he finds Dr. Renata Curtis. Little did Renata know that staying to finish her paperwork would change the course of her life.

This is a wonderful romantic suspense, it's heavy on the romance and heavy on the suspense, which is just the way I like to have them! The only complaint that I have about this book is that it is too short! I can't wait till Bach's next book is out.

Summary: Pure Dynamite is sensational
Review: Pure Dynamite explodes off the page with suspense, terror and an all-consuming passion.

FBI Agent Adam Duval is deep undercover trying to bring down a homegrown terrorist family. When a prison break with on of the family members goes bad, he is forced to take a doctor hostage.

Dr. Renata Curtis was planning a quiet evening at home when she is thrust into a nightmare. Renata has to keep her wits about her in order to survive. Her abductor Adam is not what he seems and against her better judgment, Renata is drawn to Adam.

Adam never expected to find a woman like Renata on such a dangerous assignment. He is willing to do anything to keep her safe and get them both out alive.

Pure Dynamite is a thrill a minute read. Each page make you want to read faster. The connection between Adam and Renata is scorching. I hope Adam's (aka Jake Ryan) brother Zach gets his own story soon.

Summary: great romantic suspense
Review: The storm has caused havoc throughout North Carolina so prison labor helps with the clean-up. Two members of a "chain" gang Adam Duval and Lyle McEdwin escape together. Since Adam orchestrated the escape, Lyle promised that his father and three brothers (ranked 1-4 by the FBI) will hide them. Lyle contacts his brother Nevin who tells him to go to a storage facility in Durham. Lyle stupidly engages in a shootout with an off duty cop. Lyle and the cop are wounded before the two prisoners flee.

Lyle needs medical help so Adam finds the Bay Meadow Clinic about to close for the night with only Dr. Renata Curtis inside. Nevin calls and says bring Renata with them to keep Lyle alive. Adam calls his FBI contact Stan to say everything has gone wrong in their efforts to capture Lyle's father Willie. Only Stan and former FBI head Falco know that Adam is undercover. As they follow Nevin's instructions, Adam and Lyle flee with Renata as a hostage. Struggling to keep her safe and complete the mission, Adam and Renata falls in love.

The suspense hooks the audience from the start and never decelerates until the final confrontation. Adding to the high tension is Adam and Renata, who both knows that the time and place are wrong, but yet it feels so right. Though treachery adds a surprise terse spin, it feels inconceivable; still readers will immensely appreciate this tight thriller that needs a warning label for its graphic sexual encounters between the stars. This is a great romantic suspense.
