Summary: This DA has it right!
Review: Author-prosecutor Joyce Dudley has insightfully captured the world of a child abuse victim. That is special. What is more special, even amazing, is that she has also captured the tormented world of the abuser, from his own painful childhood through the criminal justice system and beyond. This is not ground that a prosecutor often seeks to cultivate. In addition, the book is a real page turner. This novel is a fine accomplishment and I hope we see more from this author.
