Summary: Mystery in the Midwest
Review: Marshall's first venture into the mystery genre is a page turner with a twist: instead of the usual big city venues, Over Easy is set in small town Wisconsin. The unlikely sleuth is a weekly newspaper editor with a stay-at-home financial advisor husband. Maybe the best part is the promise that this is only the first in a series. A good read!

Summary: terrific read
Review: Sometimes you find a well written exciting book accidentally and reading it is like a gift that you give to yourself. Murder Over Easy is an exciting ride from an experienced writer. In his bio I saw that he was even on Oprah. Marshall Cook is like a cross between Sue Grafton and Elmore Leonard: great stories, great dialogue. This is a book so good that I couldn't put it down.
