Summary: DaVinci Redux
Review: The author has taken real facts and real settings and woven them into a fascinating story. Dr. Goodson takes several items with which he is very familiar (a dysfunctional family relationship, the Catholic Church, the Thomas Merton story, and local and national politics) and fashioned an intriguing tale which is fast-moving and extremely believable. Living in Nashville and having visited Gethsemani, I found this a true page turner. For his first novel, the author has set a high mark. This book is an easy read and will not disappoint.

Review: The story is believable. The characters are alive and real. There are no times when the story drags as it holds your interest all the way through. When I had to stop reading I always looked forward to when I could pick up the book again.

Review: This was a who done it with a twist. The historical perspective added to the interest. Well written. I hope he brings the central characters back for a sequel or even a series. It was and excellent first novel.
