Review: This is the entertaining first adventure of Jake Morgan, ex-cop turned dealer turned detective. Raw Deal is a light-hearted mystery (as much as any murder mystery can be light-hearted) that transports you to the unseen side of Vegas. This who-dunnit made me laugh and ponder and kept me reading until the end. A quick, fun read. It'll be interesting to see what Jake does next.
