Rating: 1 stars
Summary: A waste of time and money
Review: I gave up this book after about 20 pages the first time, after forcing myslef to pick it up again I managed to read it thru the end, but it just was a waste of time. I urge Mr. Largent to find another line of work.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: pure excitement
Review: looking for a great action adventure novel look no further read red skies you wont regret it

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Got a bad rap from bad packaging
Review: Mr. Largent's first two books in the T.C. Bogner series, "Red Tide" and "Red Ice," are far more "techno" than this one - and yet this one retains the same "The Techno Thriller that Out-Clancys Clancy" tag. The packaging of this book is so neglectfully done that Bogner is referred to as a commander on the back of the book, but is already a captain by the time of his first appearance in the book.

This gets three and half stars from me, rounded up. The first half of the book is a bit slow, but the last 150 pages or so are very well done. I still don't know why Mr. Largent is going with the omnipresent ex-wife theme (which goes nowhere), but I'm reading "Red Sand" now and "Red Wind" next. I hope to find out.
