Summary: Watch out, Hansa!
Review: The unpretentious Brigadier General Adam DePrince is a real man...he likes his coffee strong and black, and has a desire for Mexican food at Cuca's. He also likes his retired life, giving writing tips to his neighbor, an aspiring writer named Paul Norwood. But at last, he must take a break from the diligence needed to become a successful writer when he is called out of his retirement to do some expert sleuthing for his government. The Hansa is out there, and General Adam DePrince is methodical and unrelenting in pursuing his goal, which is uncovering potential terrorist attacks before it is too late. Gaining insightful information from the investigation of high power brasses and official figures, this story will take the reader to a plethora of global destinations and executive strong holds. From bombs, handcuffs, and assassinations, to conceding traitors and betrayal, this book has plenty of intrigue, espionage, and gunpowder terrors. Mr. Norwood spins a yarn and plays a cameo role, which makes his writing even more unique. With an ending that climaxes to an explosive countdown, this book begs for another dangerous undertaking. General DePrince, you're far from finished!

Summary: Tom Clancy Might Have Something to Worry About
Review: Tim's Comments:
The Hanseatic League is the first in what I am hoping is a long series of Adam DePrince books. Paul Norwood has shown us he has got what it takes to spin a gripping tale. With more twist and turns than a North Carolina mountain back road, he will keep the reader on the edge of their seat. They will stay that way all the way to the end.
Once you have The Hanseatic League in your hands, you will want to cancel your plans, lock the door and unplug the phone. You are not going to want anything to bother you until you have finished. This reviewer loved the book and is left with only one question. Mr Norwood, what is next?
Recommendation: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Jim's Comments:
White-knuckled Suspense and Surprise
I just finished reading "The Hanseatic League" authored by Paul Norwood. I found the tale gripping and so suspenseful I simply couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Paul takes us on a journey of international espionage and terror that hits so closely to home I find myself awake at night pondering my own personal security and the future of my beloved country. I truly hope the fascinating characters he created have real-life counterparts and they do their job equally well. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and highly recommend it to any reader interested in white-knuckled suspense and surprise.
WELL DONE MR. NORWOOD.
Recommendation: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
