Rating: Summary: Something Different Review: The story was excellent for a suspense novel. The only thing I didn't like about the story was the lack of flow, it didn't move smoothly. The story is told from 3 different people's points of view. It was confusing, when which character was speaking, wasn't clearly stated. Half-way through the novel I thought I knew who the killer was. I was right, but not entirely. The ending takes quite a twist. Predictable endings are so boring. I'm glad Crane got creative at the end. This novel is about a psychic who works on missing persons/homocide cases. He's married to a younger women whom he suspects is having an affair. As a psychic he has the ability to see into other people's minds. His wife is hiding something from him and he must figure out what it is while trying to find a serial killer and missing persons at the same time. The hard times he's going through in his marriage seem to affect his capabilities in finding the victims. He interprets some of his visions wrong, but in the end figures out their true meaning. The climax is full of suspense. I read until I finished the novel. I couldn't put it down until I knew exactly who the murderer was.
