Review: This tautly told novel is 99% true, peopled with well-known politicos and criminals, such as Myer Lansky, J. Edgar Hoover, both Kennedys and the head of CIA-Covert Actions, James J. Angelton. This story is exciting and thought-provoking. It made me wonder just how much our government is hiding. Criminal associations? Political conspiracies? Our government sleeping with mob thugs? It's quite a read.
