Review: Lenny Schneider, the Hebrew Gumshoe, is hilarious and so are his friends. This book was a joy to read. The only reservation I had about Served Cold was the amount of names that you had to keep straight by the end of the book. Otherwise it was very entertaining and exciting. The humor is the strongest point of this book as well as insights to the Jewish culture. As a Christian, I found the book very interesting from a cultural point of view. Funny, interesting and complex, I am looking forward to many more books by Ed Goldberg.
