Rating: Summary: The Cain Receptor Review: A fun and engrossing novel. The author obviously knows the world he writes about. The location and characters, the story line, are all real and poignant.
Rating: Summary: The Cain Receptor Review: A quick and engaging tale through an intricate web of espionage and beyond. Characters seemingly worlds apart are joined together in an existential struggle against a foreboding enemy with only one ally to look to : The enigmatic Andrew Cain.
Rating: Summary: An Incredible Ride! Review: I couldn't put this book down. I was quite surprised, for a new author, at how well the characters are developed. This is not a ten minutes of reading before bed book. He has set himself up for a sequel, and I for one can't wait to read it.
Rating: Summary: A great read, but stretch it out .... Review: Quite original, and follows on the heels of my having read The Years of Rice and Salt by Kim Stanley Robinson, another book which deals with the concept of reincarnation. But the plot behind this one has a more human basis and often feels like it rings true...ah! conspiracies...Take your time reading it, and savor it between putting it down and picking it up the next time.
