Summary: Never saw THAT ending coming!
Review: I can't decide what I liked more, the colorful characters, or the unpredictable plot! Abby is such a neurotic woman, but who wouldn't be after killing her abusive husband and raising her daughter on her own? While it may seem that she's a hopeless worry-wart, she's got plenty to fret about: a new romance (one that FINALLY may blossom), the return of her evil mother-in-law, the dilemma of telling her daughter the truth about her father's death, and a dead employee! There are so many surprises in this novel that I had a hard time putting it down, and almost hating when it was over. Bravo!!
