Review: A good read for the beach this summer. Cab driver Jake Murdock's in the mold of Skink, Thorn, Serge, and Travis McGee, the other great Florida noir heros. His delightful sidekicks, Cassidy and Mac, help Murdock find out who's killing people on Treasure Island. The psycho-killer, Piper, is a formidable madman, and you'll also enjoy Sterling Silver, the hooker with a heart of, well, silver.
A splendid time is guaranteed for all. I were you, I'd buy it right now.
