Rating: Summary: Disappointing story, but shows promise to come. Review: "Fury of Rachel Monette" is a thriller where a young Jewish woman searches for her abducted son, but soon finds herself at the center of an international conspiracy to destroy Israel. She crosses paths with another Jewish man with a dark past, and who is the key to the whole conspiracy. The idenitity of the abductor is shocking, and you will feel gratified at the ending, but the whole thing rings hollow by the time you get there.

Rating: Summary: It doesn't end in Jerusalem Review: This spellbinding novel is surely a masterpiece of international espionage, making a Jewish woman the heroine who has more luck and chutzpah than intelligence. Not much can be said against the politically correct opinion that all evil in this world comes from the Nazis. As a German woman, I often cringe how simple it is to slander the intents of the Third Reich; vae victis. The author tries to be fair in his world views and spins a compelling yarn of events to solve a kidnapping. The literary style of Mr. Abrahams is lively fluency, great imagination, and interesting depictions of Jerusalem's milieu. Gerborg
