Summary: Shadow of fear
Review: I vivdly recall how enthralled and spellbound I felt as I read each page of the book, The Shadow of the Damned by Timothy L. Jones. Eventhough, this is Tim's first published book, its quality stood out from among others of this type and at least for this reader; I have great expectations and anticipation for the next book, that I understand is in the works. I would classify Shadow of the Damned as a Pschological Thriller. The strenghth of this book is the strong thought provoking plot. An equally talented strength is the author's unique way of dropping subtle pieces of information to assist the reader in trying to unmask the serial killer. As the serial killer made daily journal entries about his/her justifications, motivations and satisfactions about who and what would be next; the reader was held enchanted and mesmerized by the the killers next move.

I related to the killer's justifications and thought processes on more than one occassion. This was an un-nerving and wicked realization the author affords the reader.
Through the development of this twisted yet unpredictable plot the reader is exillerated then violated by drawing yet another wrong conclusion about "Who Done It". Moreover, the intrigue of the plot development kept this reader steadfast from start to finish.

If you are wanting an edge of the seat, satisfying thriller, I highly recommend, The Shadow of the Damned, by Timothy L.Jones.
