Summary: Synopsis
Review: Early in childhood, Jason Brooke's phenomenal talent surpasses even his doting mother's lofty expectations. Shamelessly pampered and spoiled, he is brought up to believe that he is destined for greatness, and nothing or no one should stand in the way of his ambition. As he grows into a devastatingly handsome man, Jason discovers his uncanny ability for seduction, which he uses at will to capture the hearts of influential women who can assist him on his climb up the ladder. With calculated precision, he shatters the lives of these women, and when they have served their purpose, he immortalizes their love for him when he paints their portraits. Through a turn of events, the subjects of Jason's portraits will find one another. When he returns to haunt them, together they will protect the ones they love and conspire to extract the ultimate revenge.

Summary: PAINT SOME MORE PORTRAITS
Review: i JUST FINISHED "PORTRAITS" BY JANET MARKER AND THOROUGHLY RELISHED IN THE BOOK. I LOVED HOW SHE CHARICTARIZED JASON AND AMANDA AS CHILDREN - BOTH PRODUCTS OF TOO MUCH LOVE FROM A PARENT. YOU KNEW THEY WERE DESTINED TO MEET AND IT WOULD BE LIKE A CLASH OF THE "TITIANS". THANK GOD AMANDA WAS GIVEN SOME QUAILITY TRAITS THAT SHE WAS ABLE TO FIND REDEMENTION IN COLE'S LOVE. THE CHARICTER OF JASON TRULY HAS AN EGOTISTICAL GODLIKE IMAGE OF HIMSELF. TO BAD HE DOESN'T PAINT A PORTRAIT OF HIMSELF ALL COLORLESS OF HUMAN EMOTION EXCEPT VANITY. AUGUSTA WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE LADIES OF THE BOOK. I LOVE HER DON'T GET MAD - GET EVEN ATTITUDE. NOW KATIE IS CONTINUING IN THE NAUGHTY SPOILED RICH GIRL SYNDROME. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT CATOSTRAPHIC PERILS SHE COMES UP WITH IN HER ENTANGLEMENT WITH JASON. WILL AMANDA, COLE, ELIZABETH, AND GRANDPA KEEP HER ON THE STRAIGHT AND NARROW. NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE "REST OF THE STORY" HURRY UP AND FINISH THE SQUEL
