Rating: Summary: Where and when does Tommie La Brizzie return? Review: Every once in a while a character, a storyline, and a writing style all mesh..and one of these times is Stranger to Death. This guy Tommie La Brizzie is just about all you could ask for in the rough and tumble world of action fiction. I dunno this guy Robert Della Valle, but he can craft a plot, he can make you laugh, and most of all, he can make you turn the page. Buy this book! Read this book! Then tell your friends!
Rating: Summary: Hot nights and cold sweats Review: Hot nights and cold sweats - More twists than a deep-fried cruller! Robert Della Valle's first novel, "Stranger to Death" follows an ex-lawyer's journey through the fast lanes and stagnant gutters of New York City, covering more nooks and crannies than oozing jelly on a toasted english. It's a fast ride, a fast read and one smart mystery! Once this "jamook" started reading it, he couldn't stop 'til he dropped! Breathin' heavy now 'til Tommie La Brizzie and his pals once again worm their way through the bruised skin to the seedy core of the big rotten apple- Can't wait for Tommie to get back in town. Make tracks, man, make tracks!
