Review: A genuine thriller. A serial killer in New York City (post 9/11) turns out to be a woman enacting terrible revenge on some of the city’s most heinous victimizers, a child pornographer, rapist, or corrupt attorney. This book captured the gritty day to day of the NYPD detectives tracking down a killer they can’t begin to out think. Their personal lives are ridden with private hells that entwine well with the action of the story.
I liked Klara Bow, felt an affinity for her, that is until she butchered with such wicked pleasure her chosen victims. The gore here equals anything John Doe did in ‘Seven.’ And ‘Hannibal’ has got nothing over the flirtatious and deadly Klara.
The It Girl delivers a scary read.

Review: I was intrigued by the title and was not let down. The book is well written and very suspensful. I was up reading late into the night because I couldn't wait to find out the whole story. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a up-to-date thriller that comes through with all guns blazing.
