Review: It is little wonder that Ms.Trackler's latest literary effort garnered the 2003 American Writers Award. It is, all at once, a thrilling mystery, for which she is well known, as well as a strong moral statement, political stand, and, most assurredly, a very accurate portrayal of the middle-class lifestyle of the tri-state New York metropolitan area in the 1960's and '70's. Inside this novel, the author will take you on an emotional roller-coaster ride the likes of which you have not been on for some time, if ever at all. Deep, Dark, Romantic,Witty, Compassionate, and Depraved are just a sampling of the powerful emotional peaks and valleys which will be evoked within your soul as you read this very well written story. It is an absolute must read for any serious student of the "Great American Novel."
