Review: After the death of a close relative I had been searching for a book that would help me through the healing process. I had read several books but none of them seemed to do the trick. Then I stumbled upon Sacred Ashes. Even though it is a thriller and a work of fiction this book has been the only one that has truly inspired me and helped me to start the healing process.

Ms. Dost writing style is so effortless to read and her characters are so moving especially the character of Jonathan.
If you are looking for a fast paced thriller just for enjoyment I recommend this book. If you are struggling with life I HIGHLY urge you to get this book today and start reading it now!

Review: I happen to think the Christ story is worth telling over and over again. Did the writer improve on the story...well...really...who could? Did she succeed at bringing a modern day miracle man to life? She did. Was her writing good? I think it was terrific. I too bought it because the reviews were glowing, I'd have to agree with 5 stars!

Review: Sacred Ashes places on the American literary landscape a new author. Elizabeth Griffin Dost does a commendable job of putting forth a novel that combines fiction, spirituality, and utter thrill in a beautifully woven web. Her novel grabs the attention of the reader from the very first page, and she does a magnificent job of holding you captive until the very end. With each page turn the reader becomes more and more involved in the lives and journey of these fantastic characters. A definite summer read that I highly recommend!
