Review: Todays headlines have us longing for ordinary heros and realistic solutions. Dark Face of Light is a suspense story about ordinary people who find themselves in extraordinary circumstances, of which you hope never happens to you. But in these chalenging times, it could. Richly developed characters throughout and a unique writing style with discriptive and action scenes that are in the moment, brought me into more than the characters minds to experience their feelings as well. The jacket cover tells you enough about the plot, but what it does not say put me into one anticipatory chapter after another. At times leaving me breathless, at other times curious and at still others stunned. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves surprises, pace and the suspense genre.
