Review: I considered giving this 5 stars because after reading parts of the book, and the author's pathetic attempts to make it look like a lot of people like this pile of crap, (all those 5 star reviews were written by him by the way) I laughed my ass off. To the author: seriously dude, don't compound the sin of writing this travesty by submitting fake reviews of it, or at least make it a little less obvious.

Review: I think this book is very exciting to read, despite the obvious supposed bad reviews. I curent believe those reviews are faked by narrow minded unedcuated individuals who lack backbone and moral courage to be considered a human being. The Book on the other hand is great book about the real heroes of american the Soldiers, Saliors, airman, and Marines. Who guarantee life and liberty for america. All I can tell you is this an interesting perspective inside american elite units. It be a bit dry and some of the spelling is off. But reading this book taught methe hardships these poeple go through to earn the right to protect this country. I find appalling that someone or people are using this review of a good book for a political agenda and ruining the reputation of amazon. Go ahead a call this review fake. Because the people who wrote the bad reviews are fakes and lairs. Again this book is good it may be long, but hey every good book starts out long and sometimes uniteresting. open your eyes to the world of heroes.

Review: I'm a soldier who generally doesn't read books written about the military from rank amateurs. But this book hits the mark and it is not full of lies and disinformation. This book tells it like it is. the training and long hours of duty. The night training, the airborne, the long road marches with 50lbs on your back plus weapons and LBV.
It jsut got me an impression that was there with the Delta canidates and storming a hostage enemy held town with the Rangers ans flying at treetop level with the 160th. Wow this civilian writes like he's been in the army. but he isn't...
