Summary: What a waste
Review: All I can say is the plot is week, Baldacci has started to go formula writing and not very well. Very, very disappointing

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Super!
Review: I've read them all and this is his best yet!

Plenty of excitement...great plot....atypical ending.....

I think that Baldacci must really research his subject matter.....did a great job in "FAITH"

Summary: Wait for the paperback
Review: or better yet, get it from the library, so you don't spend money on it. I had to force myself to finish it. I like his other books, but this one let me down.

Summary: Saving Faith
Review: Excellent! I listened to the audio tape and wanted to just sit in the parking lot and not bother to go into work!

Summary: A very uninteresting book
Review: I am a great fan of David Baldacci but this book was a disappointment after The Winner and Simple Truth. This story rambled too much. Boring. Also, in this story he seems to relate to foul language in excess of his other books. Why do so many authors seem to feel they must include an abundance of four letter foul words? Please, David, go back to your old style.

Summary: BALDACCI IS A MASTER!
Review: I have read all of David Baldacci's books and this is definately one of the best. The Winner was also very, very good. The plot is completely original and outstanding. The characters are so real I felt that I know them. It was great! If you are in between books right now, READ SAVING FAITH! It is without a doubt one of the best books of the year.

Review: Easy reading and complex plot but, offers a good look into the power of Washington insiders. Wonder if this is more truth than fiction. One of his best.

Summary: OUTSTANDING! Baldacci does it again.
Review: This books flows remarkably well you will be on page 451 without even knowing it. After reading Absolute power and seeing the movie I became a die hard Baldacci fan. The Simple Truth was very good, however this book was better. I found I related to the character Lee Adams very well being a 6 foot 5 240lb man with very blue eyes. I found myself really relating to him. To all women considering this book I highly recommend it.

Summary: Another Baldacci blockbuster!
Review: David Baldacci does it again in his fifth novel, which is just as memorable and captivating as his four previous best-sellers. Rich in character development, settings and plot, and filled with more of the brilliant writing that has made Baldacci a perpetually great read, this fast-paced drama will leave you breathless...and chomping at the bit for the publication of his next book! Don't miss this one!

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not bad but far from great.
Review: After titles like "Absolute Power", I really expected more from David Baldacci. While this isn't a bad book, and actually did keep my interest, it wasn't the dynamic page-turner that I was hoping for.

Like others have said, the opening stages are a little rough. The plot is intriguing but as the book wears on, it becomes predictable. You know what is going to happen, just not HOW it is going to happen. There was a nice twist at the end, but not enough of one to get the book up to 4 stars.

It's a good read overall but not a top priority book. If you have a choice, go for a David Morrell, Tom Clancy, Gayle Lynds, or someone in that class.
