Summary: Information Archeology
Review: In Book of Lists: Subversive Facts and Hidden Information in Rapid Fire Format, 'Russ, dubbed an information archeologist' by the press flaunts his digging knack even more, and offers more neglected factoids for us to ponder. I honestly think that this book is his best one so far. With contributions by Paul Krassner, Richard Metzger and others, the Book of Lists is both informative and challenging. In it you will discover everything from the clever ways that pornography spammers try to get into your skin via the subject line in e-mails, Lynn Cheney's, the vice president's squeeze, attempt at fictional erotica (which is probably true in her real life), to all of the botched executions in the US, the last meals of death row inmates to famous sexual threesomes (giving some titillating substance to the Hegelian thesis/antithesis/synthesis triad). While reading The Book of Lists I became more and more impressed with Kick's investigative tenacity and ever admirable quest to annihilate the consensual hallucination we all contribute to with our amnesia and unwillingness to face the truth or the facts for that matter. May Russ's dedication to bringing unpleasantness to light spark some collective transformation and cause people to do their own digging around, not only on the internet but at the local courthouse, even in their attics as well. . I do hope, someday soon, that Russ does some above ground investigative work into the chem trails conspiracy, weather modification and artificial intelligence technology. He may have to submit a FOIA request to almighty god for this to happen however. With the way things are going for him these days, he may very well receive a reply in the affirmative!

Summary: Not many details
Review: Interesting but like the title says it's a book of lists so don't expect detailed info of every listing. It will take personal research to get more info.

Review: Well I'm about half way through the book now, and though I must say that I can't put it down, it has been giving me some nightmares. I'm not claiming to believe that the things Russ writes about are true, but they certainly are disturbing. I recommend this book to anyone interested in... "Disinformation".
