Rating: Summary: Hard to give it a star. Review: I thought this book would be better than the last. However, just more of the same old bashing from the right. Americans are to just to intelligent to really take in this type false infomation from what sources i have no idea. Take this with a grain of salt.
Rating: Summary: Proof that Liberals are on the Wrong Side of History Review: I actually read the book, unlike the Liberals rating this book 1 star without reading even the inside dust jacket, only because they are afraid people actually will read this entire book and learn something about Liberalism.Dear P.W. in Chappaqua NY, sorry, but giving this book 1 star, and citing it as proof that Liberals are smarter than conservatives, while not even reading the book, disqualifies you from any further discussion in this debate, have fun railing against America while you sip your Starbucks Latte. Sean Hannity speaks from his heart with the gusto of a Liberal at an anti-war rally. The greatest part of this book is his countless accounts and unequivocal citations of where the Liberal world view has gone wrong in past world history. He sets the tone for a huge debate that will lead this country to a reckoning it's going to have to face within the next decade and in the 21st Century. Where does America stand in the world when it comes to the fight between good vs. evil? Will we stand up to our history of past greatness and moral clarity or will we secede our leadership position as a driving force in world politics and policy to a neutral corner as spectators while anti-American world bodies like the U.N. dictate what our policies should be?
Rating: Summary: EXCELLENT Review: Another great book by Sean Hannity! It scares me to think of our great nation without another four years of George W. Bush.
Rating: Summary: Proof Review: If you're a conservative, you'll say this guy is a genius. If you're a liberal, you'll say he's an idiot. This is just more proof that liberals are smarter than conservatives.
Rating: Summary: insightful! Review: excellently written with well thought out, logical reasoning. Provides many examples which can be verified while making his points. A good read.
Rating: Summary: Americans should all read this book Review: How soon we have forgotten 9/11. Sean tells it like it is. Liberals are upset because he is right on the money. Sean's concise illustrations of liberalism and it's effects on society today couldn't be more true. This book is more than just a conservative's views, it is the absolute truth. Unlike the typical liberal, who sides with whatever is convenient at the time, President Bush has remained true to what he believes in his heart to be the right thing to do. I admire him for that. The biased, liberal media has tried unsuccessfully to smear the current administration on the war in Iraq. It is an absolute shame we have forgotten so soon... As a veteran of Iraqi Freedom, I know firsthand that the world is a safer place with President Bush leading our great country than it could ever be with someone like John Kerry. ANyway, back to the book, it's great, read it, think about it. It should be mandatory reading for all highschools! God Bless the USA!
Rating: Summary: He did it again Review: He is the one of most entertaining writers ever. I still enjoy his last one and enjoyed this one even more. I He leaves no rock uncovered and no surface unscratched.
Rating: Summary: essential reading for america Review: I'm NOT a conservative (well not yet), listening to Hannity (the only person I can tolerate for more than 3 minutes) on the radio has though caused me to rethink my politics and now I've swung wildly to the right and have become a moderate. Reading this book, is equally enlightening, as much about myself and how I have choosen my beliefs. Questioning and opening to rethinking America direction is valuable whether or not you agree with the author. But you can't deny the depth of his thinking. I may even vote for Bush. Really worth the read.
Rating: Summary: Liberals hate this book! Review: They really get hit hard, and exposed by this great author.
Rating: Summary: Do You! Remember? Review: At the outset, I must admit that, so far I've only skim-read Sean Hannity's new book. A thorough reading comes later. He has, at the least, written a controversial, contentious, absorbing book. Conservatives will love it; liberals will hate it (for the most part). Notwithstanding the political overtones throughout the book, there is one point Hannity makes over and over again and again: that evil DOES exist in the world. Always has, always will--unless, of course, you believe in that oft-dreamed-of land called Utopia. If anyone doubts that evil has, and does, exist in the world I would pose the following question: How many of you remember the words of--at the time--a world class statesman, Neville Chanberlain, British Prime Minister, who in 1938 or 1939 made that most infamously fatuous boast that his accommodation with "Herr Hitler" would bring "peace in our time"? I remember it, though only vaguely , for I was at the time a school boy, who happened to take an interest in reading the newspapers of the day. What ensued from Mr. Chanberlain's statement was, shortly thereafter, the onset of the most gruesome and hideous episode in the history of mankind: World War II. More than 12 million persons were killed worldwide, and more than 6 million of them were the Jews, Poles, Hungarians, Russians, and others PERSONALLY ordered butchered by ADOLF HITLER. Was he evil or just mad. He was, in fact, BOTH! Now we have another like him, who has murdered, tortured, raped, and enslaved his own people--regardless of their station: Saddam Hussein. Is he evil? For answer, look at the mass graves filled with hundreds and often thousands of dead Iraqis. Or, look at the prisons where he tortured small children--as young as five years old. If he doesn't represent evil, then what does he represent. Or, asked another way, what does it require for you, as an individual, to classify someone as evil? If Adolf Hitler and Saddam Hussein are not representative of evil, who is? Sean Hannity has been plain-spoken about the existence of evil in today's world. People who hijack commercial airliners with innocent men, women, and children aboard, and DELIBERATELY fly them into tall buildings filled with other men, women, and children can only be described as evil, for NO ONE does mass murder in this fashion without having the stench of evil embedded within their very souls. A great book, Sean. Keep socking it to "them"!
