Rating: Summary: great resource for 911 owner or anyone interested in buying Review: Adrian's book is a must have for any and all Porsche 911 1989-1994 (factory designation 964) owners, and especially for anyone considering the purchase of a '89-94 Porsche 911. It is worth many times it's cost. It contains nearly all the information that I wish I had readily available eight years ago when I first purchased my '90 964 targa. Not only would it have saved me immense amounts of time and research, but it would and does help me better understand the systems, repairs, modifications and maintence of this spectacular car. The style, content, presentation, pictures and opinions make this a unique publication for 911 owners from 89-94. Adrian's book reflects his passion for the 964 and in part the passion that was designed and built into the 964 and appreciated by those of us that drive them. My only complaint is that no one has written a similar labor of love for all of us who own a 951 (944 turbo). Perhaps if we pre-purchase copies he might begin the multi year effort?

Rating: Summary: Great companion piece Review: As a new owner of a porsche C2,it was great to find someone who could answer many of my questions. Great information and great fun to read if you have an interest in this relatively rare car.
I'm glad Adrian took the time to collect this information. It is a great companion to the workshop manual.
Thanks for the effort.

Rating: Summary: Breadth not Depth Review: Something about everything about the Porsche 911 Type 964 but nothing much about anything in particular. What I mean is it has the breadth about everything about the 964 but not the depth about any particular area you might be interested about the car. If you are totally new to the car you would get a very broad impression about the car but if you are familiar with the car, don't expect much depth into any particular area you might be interested in. Great if you need to get to 1st base.
