Review: I have to admit I ordered the book blindly--not quite sure what I was going to learn. Every one of my peers talked about Six-Sigma projects but no one had any concrete examples - all talk no action. I was pleasantly surprised at the common sense approach in the book and the examples Mr. Larson used were perfect for me. I was very impressed with his logical organization of this material. I wish he published a workbook.

Review: Mr. Larson does an excellent job of simplifying much of what Six Sigma is about. His knowledge from working with Six Sigma shows and helps the reader understand the concepts involved. I have studied Six Sigma for some time so I don't know if this would be an easy read for everybody, but I found it to be so.
