Review: Speak and Grow Rich is key for any speaker who is serious about the business of speaking. I continue to get revelation each time I refer to it. The author is clearly concerned and interested in the success of everyone who reads it. My career as a speaker would be, at best, mediocre without the valuable insights, suggestions, warnings and techniques shared within. Speak and Grow Rich provides a service to us in the field so we can better serve those we speak to. Buy this book and study it.

Review: Speak and Grow Rich is positively phenomenal! The wealth of knowledge this book has brought me goes beyond words. After reading it, I was able to embark upon new challenges that have brought a sense of completeness to my life. I was homeless at 17 and I retired at 26! This book has enabled me to share my story and inspire people all over the world. I pray that the book I've written continues to bring the same kind of value to its readers as Dottie and Lilly's book has done for me. I recommend Speak and Grow Rich to any one who has a strong message to deliver that needs professional polish.

Summary: A prototype of a genuinely helpful book.
Review: Speak and Grow Rich satisfies all of my requirements for a genuinely useful and eminently worthwhile book. Easy to read, leaves you enthusiastic about what you can accomplish plus it provides you with specific tasks to do right now. I judge the value of a book by the amount of marks I make on its pages; the number of sentences I've highlighted in yellow, underlined, or check-marked. I have to search hard to find a page in Speak and Grow Rich that doesn't contain at least one good idea and/or immediately useful tip.

Review: The Walters have done it again. This book is an excellent field guide to starting and succeeding in a career in public speaking. The book has been critical to my changing careers and getting on the right track. Avoid many mistakes and lost time in getting your speaking career off to a terrific start by following the tried and true guidelines in this book. The authors are clearly very successful speakers -- read this before you start out. It's a one-of-a-kind.

Review: This book is extremely practical with lots of great advice AND practical tips! It is an absolute must have for anyone who is contemplating (but don't know where to start) about becoming a communication expert and a professional speaker. The book is divided into 12 logical chapters and the topics ranged from discovering your target market to becoming the leading authority of your chosen field to setting your Business Headquarters. The writing is to the point and informative - there is no superfluous language - only practical advices on how to go about doing it. Very highly recommend!
