Review: I had to read this book for Islamic class and let me tell you this book was very well informative but it was a bit boring...Very factual which is important in the controversy about the treatment of women in Islam. It talks about that there are communal practice permitted freedom in muslim society. It is not right that the freedom is hard to get but I am reminded of the Susan B. Anthony and the suffragettes. Globally, Women always suffer. This is a good book for research.
