Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Inspirational
Review: This book is so great for so many reasons. It deals with ideas that are key to our communities like prison overcrowding, like perceptions between rich and poor. It also touches on some topics that I have never seen anywhere else like The Cool Rich Kids Movement which just blew my mind. But, in addition to articulately discussing and educating on many important issues the book is a biography of sorts. You actually see Upski grow from a child without an identity into a man with a purpose. Upski's personal progression lends the book a narrative arc that other socially important books may be lacking.
