It's well thought-out, with numerous facts, figures and references that begin the though task of quantifying the impact of 9/11.

This book does a wonderful job of both reminding us of exactly what happened to many businesses in the months after the attack and setting forth a framework to understand how business and labor will be effected in the ongoing war on terrorism. I highly recommend this book.
