Rating: Summary: Arbitration with Ease Review: As an novice union represenative I needed some guidance on how to prepare and due arbitrations/grievances. This book has helped me in my first three mediations and now is helping me get ready for my first arbitration case. It gives some excellent insight (e.g. notebook and file box idea). It also helps you in doing your research on questioning, cross examination of your witness. It gives you some questions to ask and not to ask. For an indidvidual or union steward with no background in paralegal or law I would recommend this book to be on the top 3 of your book list to have as a union steward. The author did an excellant job and put it in a way that makes the book user-friendly. Now I have other union stewards coming to me for information on arbitrations.
