Summary: My son loves this book!
Review: I received this book as part of a home school curriculum, I wasn't sure how it was going to work, but, my son (7) loves the book! It's a good read, we read it together & he enjoys doing the activites in the back of the book. The activities include writing, comprehension, vocabulary, phonics, word structure, punctuation and more. The activities aren't the same for every chapter, so it's interesting. We both like the way the stories are told, they're closer to the original and not "disneyized". Our discussions continue on even after the story has ended. If you're looking for a good book to use at home this should be one of them. I like that the book includes answer keys and addtional learning activities. Using this book has helped enrich my son's love of reading.
