He explains who and why people stalk. I found this book to be very informative. This is one of the best books I have read in a long time.

Review: We are being stalked by a previous convicted stalker.
We are located in the foothills of California and the home we live in is serviced by the County Sheriff.

It has been, and still is, a very difficult process to get people to understand stalking laws.

We bought this book because we needed to learn how to help ourselves...and to assist others to understand what can be done.

Dective Proctor's book has helped us through the maze. This is a book to read and then pass it around. Especially to people who really need to "Get It."
