Review: I just started reading this book, and if you're a Lexus fanatic, you'll love it. This isn't some 3rd party writing this, but from people directly involved w/ Lexus/Toyota. Denny Clements is one of the authors. Excellent stories (so far), and pics (beautiful!)

Summary: Passionate Pursuit of Perfection truly defines Lexus
Review: This book is not just another brochure for Lexus. It is the true testament to the amount of time and details Lexus engineers painstakingly put into this beauty. In early chapters of this book, it talks about the history behind Lexus, and the significant events that ultimately led (and still leads) to the revolution of auto industry with the birth of legendary LS400. As you read further, Denny Clements conveys the philosophy behind Lexus, most notably, the customer service. The customer service from Lexus dealership has always been outstanding since the beginning. Up to this date, though in need of improvements in certain dealerships, Lexus still values its customer feedbacks and strives to make its drivers happy. After all, there is just nothing like Lexus. Towards much later chapters in the book, it talks in details about recent developments, such as the sexy SC430 sporty convertible, RX330 SUVs, and finally the most familiar LS430 sedan.

The book contains many beautiful pictures, including early prototypes and models and some of the famous Lexus commercials (such as Balance, Dimples, etc). The book itself has nice texture as well, and it does come with the authentic badge. Ultimately, this book is very enjoyable to read, and I highly encourage you to explore the scenes behind the Lexus.
