Summary: Excellent for doula businesses and hospital based programs
Review: I have used and recommended this book for years. Doula Programs is an excellent resource for doulas starting out in their own practices. But where the value lies I have found is in it's information about starting and maintaining a hospital based doula program. Any doula or hospital looking for solid business information needs this book.
