A "must get" for the do-it-yourself landlord.

Complete with case law notes and examples the book is really helpful in accomplishing most actions a landlord will have to undertake. The forms are handy as well and will keep you from having to buy a legal forms program or from having to run to the county clerks office.

Review: I was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of information contained in this book. Its written in easy to understand language and covers just about everything you need to know about renting property in Florida. Thoroughly discusses applicable Florida statutes, includes case references and supplies various legal forms. I wouldn't feel comfortable handling my own rentals in Florida without this book.
