Summary: The Definitive "How It Works" Book On EFI
Review: I am biased, of course, being the author. :) I wrote this book to be entirely technically accurate, yet explained in ways that a layperson can understand. I strove to be understandable without the book being boring or too simple for advanced readers. A section of the book is devoted entirely to understanding the dynamics of four-stroke engine operation and the combustion event, so you can truly understand why a given sensor is located where it is, or why you would want to advance ignition timing at part throttle. Armed with the knowledge in this book, most readers should be able to approach basic troubleshooting of EFI, as well as understanding the benefits and drawbacks to various possible modifications.
