Latino Cultural Citizenship: Claiming Identity, Space, and Rights

Review: While much of the debate about Latinos in the US is shrouded by this country's obsession with the White/Black racial divide, Latino Cultural Citizenship is a departure from typical analyses, and I would argue is the first comprehensive theory addressing the Latino in the U.S. It is also a forecast of what is to come as the U.S. is being "re-made" and Latinos and others assert their cultural rights as cultural citizens.
