Review: May be a good book but this ISBN is not shipped with cd's as stated here and the shipped copy was published in 2003.

McGraw-Hill sent me an email saying that this ISBN is shipped with two cd's and cost $24.95 which is what Amazon says is the retail price.

I recommend you buy from McGraw and get the cd's.
