Review: The editor of this textbook (and contributor) was also the individual who taught the class for which I used this book. Some topics addressed include sexual harrassment in the workplace, changes in the union climate in the public workforce, TQM, issues of diversity,and the merit system and its impact on the quality of the workforce. This is a good introductory book which gives broad, general insight into - as the book's title suggests - "current concerns, future challenges."
