Review: A friend of mine (a woman) suggested that I take a look this book. I was skeptical at first because of the title, but I found that many of the strategies detailed in the book were just as applicable for men as for women. I was especially interested in the chapters on developing key leadership skills, building effective networks and communication. The many quotes and insights/experiences from CEOs and other senior executives were helpful to put the topics of the book into perspective - great for comparing notes. I plan to share the book with both my male and female colleagues.
