Review: This text is indispensible and required reading for anyone interested in health law. The book gives an in-depth overview of issues and problems that currently exist in this interesting area of law. As a law student, this book was very useful in providing concise portrayals of issues facing the health industry from all angles, not just legal perspectives. I would also suggest this book to anyone who wants to get their feet wet in health law. It is a bit advanced, so if one is just starting out, the language may be confusing and require a dictionary. Otherwise, it is highly recommended.
