Anyone interested in the 'multinational' problem, or the burgeoning multiculturalism debate, will find this of particular interest. Tully tries neither to lead us to water, nor to compell us to drink. What he offers is a refreshing and poignant aperture through which we might assess some of the more burning issues of our day...
