Review: Since I am moving into a new position where I will have some leadership roles in our school's technology plans, I wanted to find a book that dealt with practical matters and realistic goals, not the ideals of a "where-we-should-be" text. This book fits the bill very well. It is clear and concise, and has many handy forms and summaries that can be adapted for use. It also does a good job of being more about philosophy and approach, making its commentary valuable for the long-term, rather than being overly specific to a certain point in time because of the references to hardware (which will of course change over time).
