Review: This edition of the Nutrient Requirements of Swine is an excellent resource for swine producers or feed manufacturers with some knowledge of swine nutrition. The edition in question provides excellent tables on nutritional requirements for all classes of swine and also provides some of the best tables available that describe the nutritional composition and quality of common feedstuffs used in swine feeds. A word of advice, however; it would be well advised for a person interested in this title to have at least a background in the nutrition of pigs. If the reader does not, then the information contained within will read much like Gray's Anatomy.
