Review: I purchased this book back in 1983, and I referred to it frequently while I was in the US Army. This book is an excellent read for novice or expert alike, and Graves makes the message simple with straightforward instructions and illustrations. It is a shame that I cannot purchase this book again since I have just about worn out the copy I have!

Review: In the past 20 years since someone gave this book to me as a gift I've never grown tired of reading it. Wherever I have moved this book has travelled with. Now it's getting very worn and dog eared and some of the pages are starting to fall out. Where is Mr. Graves so that we can thank him for this rare and detailed knowledge? It seems that he is the original "crocodile hunter" and should be acknowledged for sharing his clever inventions with us.

Summary: THE BEST EVER !!! - A must have irreplasable book...
Review: Step by step information on how to build shelter from outdoors materials including building time and sturdiness. Some of the most clever traps I ever saw on print. How to build a bow and arrow, hunting and trapping made eazy. In short everything the serious outdoorsman needs to be completely self suficient in the autdoors, explaned in simple terms with pictures and whats best is that you don't have to be a skilled crafstman to learn and perform these skills. I lost mine about then years ago and have not bean able to replace it yet... NOTE: Please help me get at least a used copy of this book and I will be forever gratfull to you.
