Review: I found this book to be informative and very user friendly, especially since it is hand held size, making easy to take into the field. Halfpenny also gives accurate measurements of track size and gait patterns for each species and a brief description of the animals. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on the scat of each species with very detail drawings. There is also a section on the tracks of various bird species. a must for everyone interested in tracking in the southwest.
