Summary: The Wide Range of Travel
Review: "In Search of Adventure" certainly lives up to its subtitle as a "Wild Travel Anthology." This book is pretty far out there, showing the many faces of travel as they really are. With 100 stories to choose from, I laughed, cried, shuddered, and dreamed of hoisting on my backpack for another world stomp. This book truly represents the Good, Bad, and Ugly aspects of world travel -- an excellent armchair read!

Summary: Great Read, Perfect for the airplane or event the bathroom
Review: This book is worth it just for the story about the women smuggling hash into an Irish prisoner by hiding it in her privates. I actually saw Northam speaking in New York this week, reading some of his stories and was blown away by this them. if you can catch him I highly recommend it. Its refreshing to hear from people who live life like it should be.

Summary: So Good, It Seems Like Fiction!
Review: Very enjoyable, fun and even emotionally moving at times. The anthology contains so many experiences in so many places, it seems almost fictional -- yet they are TRUE life adventures! These colorful, yet terse stories make for perfect reading for us busy-types who don't have more than 1/2 hour of free time a day. After reading just a few stories I wanted to pack-up my backpack and go for a camel ride!
